1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the services provided by WebRadiant, an IT services and web solutions company operating globally under Indian IT service standards and applicable laws.
By engaging our services or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should refrain from using our services.
2. Services Provided
WebRadiant offers a wide range of IT and digital solutions, including but not limited to:
• Web Development – Custom website design, development, and maintenance.
• Digital Marketing – Campaign management, PPC, and online brand strategy.
• SEO (Search Engine Optimization) – On-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, and ranking improvements.
• Social Media Management – Strategy, content creation, posting, and platform management.
Additional services may be introduced from time to time, subject to separate agreements.
3. Service Plans & Deliverables
- a) Basic Web Development Plan
– The Client is responsible for purchasing their own domain, theme, and plugins required for website development.
– The Company will provide development services using the resources provided by the Client.
b) Growth Web Development Plan
– Includes 6 months of SEO optimization provided by WebRadiant.
– Client remains responsible for domain registration and additional plugins and Theme if required.
c) Premium Web Development Plan
– Includes 1 premium theme in budget if available, SEO services for 1 year, and 1-year website maintenance provided by WebRadiant.
– Client remains responsible for domain registration and any additional plugins beyond the included package.
d) Social Media Marketing Services
– The Company will post on alternate days on the Client’s chosen social media platforms.
– Additionally, 2 to 3 stories will be uploaded per day on the said platforms.
– Social media ads (2 to 3 campaigns as per Client’s requirements) can be managed by WebRadiant but will be charged separately.
– Ad spend costs are to be borne directly by the Client.
4. User Responsibilities and Account Obligations
Clients must provide accurate, complete, and updated information necessary for service delivery.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials or access shared with WebRadiant.
You agree not to use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
All content you provide (logos, text, images, videos, etc.) must be owned by you or licensed for your use.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property, including but not limited to designs, code, graphics, strategies, and content developed by WebRadiant, shall remain the property of WebRadiant unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients retain ownership of the pre-existing intellectual property provided for the project.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of our work is strictly prohibited.
6. Payment Terms, Fees, and Billing Policies
Payments must be made as per the agreed quotation, milestones, or subscription plan before services begin.
Any additional services outside the selected package will incur extra charges.
Delayed payments may result in suspension of services until dues are cleared.
All fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Applicable taxes, levies, or duties are the responsibility of the Client.
7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
While WebRadiant strives to deliver high-quality services, we guarantee specific results (such as rankings, traffic, or revenue).
WebRadiant is not liable for issues caused by third-party services (hosting, domain registrars, ad platforms, etc.).
Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Protecting your data is a priority. We process client data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at: www.WebRadiant/privacypolicy.com.
By using our services, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
9. Termination of Services and Suspension of Accounts
Either party may terminate services with written notice, subject to contractual obligations.
WebRadiant reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, breach of terms, or misuse.
Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be cleared, and any ongoing access or licenses may be revoked.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India.
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
WebRadiant reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
Continued use of our services after updates implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
